Policies of The Spa Upstairs:

We want to ensure that your that your time at The Spa Upstairs is of the utmost in relaxation & quality. We ask that you arrive at least 5-10min. before your appointment to make certain that your service can be started on time. Please be sure to silence your phones
 
Scheduling or Cancellations:
You would agree that time is a very valuable asset. Advanced scheduling is recommendedAll spa party appointments are held with a credit card at the time of booking. If you must cancel an appointment, please do so 24 hours before scheduled time (48 hours for a group reservation) or you will be charged in full for the services. 

If Gift Certificates are being used, without the cancellation notice your gift certificate will be forfeited. Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase another gift card. Gift Certificates can not be returned. The Spa Upstairs is not responsible for lost or stolen certificates.

Privacy Polices:

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

To safeguard your personal information, we have implemented secure page logins and locked user accounts to email addresses so that any attempt to access login information cannot be sent to no-authorized parties

Refunds and Exchanges:

  • Unopened items may be returned within 7 days with proof of      purchase as required by The Spa Upstairs in order for any    exchanges and/or refunds to be given.
  • Unopened items returned after 7 days with proof of purchase 
        as required by The Spa Upstairs will be refunded 
        a store credit only.


  • Due to health regulations, we regret that we cannot accept opened and /or used returns of the following items: makeup, makeup brushes and applicators, skin care products, nail care and pedicure care products. Exception: A refund, store credit or product exchange may be given for any opened item that is returned due to an adverse reaction that a client has experienced while using that product. The client must consult with a technician prior to receiving a credit or exchange of the product that is suspected of causing the adverse reaction and a declaration form regarding the sensitivity to the product must be completed in order for the exchange or credit to be issued.
